Our near-term mission is to turn fragmented intake, clinical photos, care documentation, and billing evidence into coordinated workflows for home-health, recuperative-care, and post-acute teams.
Our origin
We started with a visibility gap in skin health.
OSAZ AI began by addressing the underrepresentation of melanin-rich skin in dermatology data and diagnostic technology. That work made a larger problem impossible to ignore: across healthcare, the evidence needed to understand a patient's condition is frequently scattered, incomplete, or disconnected from the people making decisions.
Today, we are building healthcare workflow infrastructure that connects visual evidence with intake, care documentation, and operational readiness—starting in settings where care happens outside traditional hospital walls.
